Sun Tanning

Orion's Bilirubin was high so he had to spend an extra night at the hospital under the bilirubin lights. It was a UV light so he had his little sun glasses (that were velcroed to his head) and he was on a monitor to watch his pulse and respirations. Mike and I were able to stay at the hospital and have him in our room for the night.

Worn Out

A tired but happy family! To see Orion's nursery photo. Go to http://www.trinityqc.com/ and select baby photos. It will then ask for the date of birth (October 27th) and where he was born (7th street birthplace). The visitor password is our last name (all lower case).

Footprint

A few minutes old and already walking all over Daddy! Daddy offered up his hand when they did Orion's footprints and he got his mark :) Daddy also got a matching hat!

First Cry

This is Orion's first cry.

Birthday Suit

Weighing in at a whopping 8 pounds 3.7 ounces he was 2 and 1/2 weeks early. Thank goodness he decided to enter the world a little early! He was very cone headed because he didn't read the book on how to exit Mommy properly. He tried to come out face up and after 2 and 1/2 hours of pushing (and nearly a c-section) he came out facing mommy's thigh (transverse).
